Our aim is to ensure that orders placed before 12pm Mon-Friday are dispatched the same day.
If you place your order after 12pm, we will still try to send the goods out the same day however this will depend on the volume and complexity of the days orders. For more information, please see our delivery costs.
Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Arrived on time, The plant is realistic looking although i do agree with another reviewer who said that its foilage is sparse, It’s approx 2 feet tall and just 16 inches across at its widest point, Not 2ft wide as another reviewer said ! It adds a little colour to the corner of our family’s lounge.

Plant was initially quite compacted by its travels, took a little while to tease out the stems and arrange leaves, looks good although not quite as vivid in colouring as i would have liked. Best viewed from over a metre distance so pick resting place carefully.

i love this plant , looks natural & good quality . would have given 5 stars but when you pay £5 for delivery you expect it a little quicker than over a week & the delivery service kept changing the date of delivery

Pretty good quality, takes a bit of time to arrange it as you want. I hadn’t realised that the stalks are pieces of bamboo, which doesn’t look as realistic as do the leaves. Very light weight.
