Summary: Build and maintain strong relationships with personal lines clients (i.e., individuals and/or families) by providing exceptional service and industry insight. PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES Analyze and develop insurance solutions for current and prospective clients Develop strong relationships with clients through advising Maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal customers Enter relevant information into software systems (i.e., AMS, BenefitPoint, company website rating systems, etc.) Study trends and advancements in the insurance and finance industries, as well as changes in regulatory activities to keep industry knowledge up to date Job Function(s): Customer Service, Communication, Risk Management, Finance, Insurance Salary/Compensation: DOE; includes benefits (medical, dental, disability, PTO and 401k with company match) Desired Start Date: As soon as possible; Negotiable for ideal candidate   Position Requirements JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education, Experience, Certifications High school degree or equivalent required Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree preferred but not required Previous work experience in the insurance or another service industry preferred but not required.
