It’s that sad time again – another year has passed us by.
They just seem to go faster and faster anymore!
But there’s a final chance to cash a big ticket or two. All the tracks are busy this weekend, and add in Monday’s New Year’s Eve, you’ve got a lot of potential.
The last day of the year prompts many tracks to have mandatory force outs of its super exotics: The twin tri and tri supers.
Nearly all the tracks, such as Derby Lane, have matinees only Monday, so be aware of that.
Here are some differences:
* Gulf: All forced out Saturday night.
* Bluffs Run: All forced out Sunday evening.
Although tracks are running on Monday, Dubuque Greyhound Park’s simulcasting area will be closed.
Happy New Year everyone! I’ll be back at it later next week.
Notes:
* Bluffs Run forces out its tri super today. The carryover is $72.
* Aqueduct offers a guaranteed $250,000 late pick 4 Saturday.
