Local Orlando couple Vivien and Chris held their spectacular Florida wedding at The Alfond Inn in mid-June. This event was incredibly special to our team because Just Marry!’s company president, Susan Southerland, once helped plan the wedding of the bride’s parents, and she had the pleasure of working with this couple, too. Vivien and Chris were even married by the same officiant! It was truly an event to remember.
We just loved the many Florida wedding touches Vivien and Chris included in their event. The eye-catching wedding color scheme of blush pink, vivid peach, and soft green accented with trendy gold metallics was a feast for the senses. Along with the succulent accents in the bride’s bouquet and the hints of citrus fruit found in the groom’s boutonniere, it all came together in a fresh and trendy design that honored the wedding’s stunning Central Florida location. We were honored to be a part of it!

Favorite detail
This was a very special wedding for me, as I had planned the bride’s parents’ wedding years ago. The bride was a flower girl in that wedding! It was such fun working with this family again.

Fave part of the planning process with the clients
: Vivien’s mom was really involved with the planning. It was so sweet the way they worked together.

A few unique elements I loved
I loved the guest sign board they did. I also loved that they used stirrers with the names and table numbers of the guests. Each stirrer was placed in a glass of champagne, which the guests carried to their seats for the toasts.

Another detail I just had to share
Vivien and Chris were a lovely couple! You could feel how much they were loved by everyone in the room. It was a beautiful evening. Also, the guests never left the dancefloor! It was so much fun to watch.
