Watch 102- and 100-year-old runners set new USA Track and Field world records

The USA Track and Field Masters Indoor Championships was amazing, per usual. It doesn’t matter if it’s indoor, outdoor or the World Masters Games — seeing these fit elderly people running at their age is so inspiring. They’re truly young at heart.

This year these two world records were broken in the 60m:

Julia “Hurricane” Hawkins” set a new record for the 60m in the women’s 100-plus age category at 102 years young. Look at those wonderful smiles at the end of this one.

Also, 100-year-old Orville Rogers blew by his competition to set a new record in the 60m in the men’s 100-plus age group. Orville is a speed demon.

Even Heat star Dwyane Wade took notice and correctly labeled this as “Goals!!!”
