Systems Administrator  (Full Time)
Location: Green Bay Service Center, Neenah Service Center

Master Fleet is looking for an Systems Administrator to support our three locations around Wisconsin. This position provides a hybrid work environment with the ability to work from home and in our offices. Ideally, this role will perform end user support, server administration and overall support of hardware and software capabilities for the organization as we expand our abilities and locations.

Responsibilities:

• Field and Support End User queries with minimal interruption
• Responsible for monitoring health of servers, databases, and equipment
• Plan timeline and resources needed for projects
• Deploy software, hardware, and network changes company wide
• Computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Define system and reporting requirements based on the needs of external and internal customer
• Develop technical and user documentation
• Purchase equipment to meet the needs of employees

Technical Skills:

• Experience with PowerShell, SQL, PowerAutomate and .Net
• Experience with reporting systems, SSRS, and PowerBI
• Proficient with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 Administration
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, RDS, Cisco CLI, and Mitel systems

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiar troubleshooting a range of software and hardware

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum of Associates in similar field required
• Related certificates a plus
• Transportation/Maintenance Experience a plus
• Ability to travel to remote sites
• After hours support availability when needed
