One Life One Choice

Sideffect Australia is committed to educating our youth about the dangers of Illicit and Synthetic substance abuse which is crippling our community. Last year we reached 30,000 students across WA receiving outstanding feedback. Our campaign called “One Life One Choice” and it will leave an impact on you. Support of Sideffect will enable us to reach our goal of 60,000 students next year.

What is Sideffect

In 2017 Sideffect Australia rolled out its Illicit and Synthetic substance abuse program in WA which was aimed to educate our youth about the dangers of drug substance abuse . Feedback from Teachers, Students and Parents who witnessed this emotional and informative presentation were overwhelmed in response. “Confronting, Challenging, Informative and Emotional” were the strongest feedback words used by 2,600 students at Churchlands SHS after the Sideffect presentation. The consensus from student feedback was that this was the best anti-drug message they had ever heard, seen or read. Following the presentation, 80% of those students who witnessed the presentation spoke to their parents about what they had learnt.

Sideffect is a registered Australian Not For Profit organisation on a passionate mission to stop the tsunami of destruction hitting our youth – Illicit and Synthetic drugs Including ICE. Rod Bridge, who was recently on 60 minutes, has been a lone crusader in his fight against drugs - there is no stronger drive to seek resolution, answers, and even revenge than a parent who has lost a child. Rod has put his own life at risk when he recently went to China to uncover the criminal manufacture of Synthetic Drugs.
