We help people with acquired brain injury to rebuild their lives

Story

First of all thank you for taking the time to read my just giving page .

On the 4th Sept I will be swimming Lake Coniston end to end. It will be my biggest swim to date 5.25 miles or 336 lengths of a 25m pool.

My chosen charity for this swim is Headway as they have done so much over the years for my Dad who suffered a horrific attack 25 years ago that left him with life changing injuries. Headway have been a constant support and give my Dad something to look forward to weekly.

I know a lot of people who read this will have sponsored me in the past for swims and for this I am truly grateful as are the charities I have supported. Anything you can spare will be very much appreciated.

Training is going well although this will be a tough one. I’m hoping to do it in around 4 hrs providing I dodge the nets and the harpoons .

Again, thanks for your support 🐳 🏊‍♂️
