Beat together two eggs and 3 tablespoons milk. Add about one scoop of protein powder, so the batter has a runny consistency. Cook a thin layer on a nonstick pan over medium heat. Fill with baked apples (pictured). For a savory crepe, stuff with mushrooms, spinach, and goat cheese.

Baked apple filling: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow baking pan, combine the slices from two apples, a dash of cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and a drizzle of olive oil. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until apples are tender, about 45 minutes.
