Whole Leadership Framework published in Exchange
We’re pleased to announce that the Whole Leadership Framework, which has been in development for more than a year, has been published in the January/February edition of Exchange Magazine.
The Whole Leadership Framework will be introduced at the Leadership Connections™ national conference, in May. The Framework will be discussed in a plenary meeting and reviewed in detail during a featured skill-building session. Participants will explore the conceptual framework and consider real-life applications for how the framework can be used. Already at the McCormick Center, we have begun to align our training, resources, and strategic plans to the Framework.
