A former Greeley police officer has been charged with felony theft for allegedly falsifying his time sheets.
Shaun Kelly, who was with the department for five years, has been charged with a class four felony, theft over $1,000, according to a Greeley Police Department media release.
In addition to the criminal investigation, an “administrative investigation” by the department is underway.
Kelly has a summons to appear in Weld District Court, police said.
