Looking for more than a job? Looking to build a career? We know it’s trite…but more often than not, the trite is true.  Morgan&Myers is looking for a Senior Associate with Digital and Social Media experience to join our firm.

Primary Purpose of this Position:

  • Responsible for evaluating relevance, and heightening awareness and participation in firm- and client-appropriate social media and digital platforms
  • Responsible for analyzing and implementing firm- and client-appropriate metrics for evaluation of social media and digital engagements
  • Responsible for positioning Morgan&Myers’ social media and digital expertise within core firm industries
  • Responsible for uncovering and participating in, as expert and as attendee, social media and digital events that strengthen firm offerings
  • Responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of M&M

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role, and work with other team members in the development and deployment of social media and digital programs within overall multi-channel marketing (MCM) efforts
  • Contribute to the development of program proposals and budgets
  • Direct implementation by staff and/or implement service requirements for approved social media and digital engagements
  • Develop network of industry leading resources with expertise to build applications required for social media, digital and mobile engagements
  • Manage profitability of each assigned digital, social media or other project
  • Utilize skills and knowledge to identify digital and social media new business opportunities for existing and prospective clients
  • Assume a leadership role, and work with other team members in the development and execution of new business proposals and/or presentations
  • Develop standards for firm-wide evaluation of employee social media and digital competency
  • Provide counsel and/or execute on non-digital projects and tasks if the demand arises and/or current digital workload does not constitute a full workload
  • Provide income and expense projections for social media opportunities within the firm
  • Participate in agency planning and budgeting as required
  • Direct and participate in training new account team personnel in order to insure client delight
  • Conduct performance reviews of assigned personnel
  • Perform other duties as required

 Knowledge/Skill Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in developing social media/digital literacy and engagements for business enterprise
  • Established history of incubation and growth of organizational social media/digital competency and deployment within MCM plans
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Ability to coach and mentor senior and junior account team members
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Familiarity and comfort with technology
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, able to handle multiple priorities 

Education/Experience:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related business curriculum
  • Experience in development and engagement of social media participants to enhance brand position/experience
  • Experience in management and control of client budgets
