Spring import Maddon’s Post, the massive eatery by Wrigley Field from Cubs manager Joe Maddon and Spiaggia chef Tony Mantuano, is ready with the pre-game rosé. The restaurant offers three rosés by the glass and another six by the bottle. Pop in during happy hour (Monday to Friday, 4-6 p.m.) for Oregon’s Flock 70 rosé for $8 a glass or $30 for a bottle.
