Around the city, the pink wine can be found in slushy cocktail form, as a canned cider, and, of course, the real deal wine — either flat or sparkling — from producers rooted in the U.S., Europe, and beyond. Spring import Maddon’s Post, the massive eatery by Wrigley Field from Cubs manager Joe Maddon and Spiaggia chef Tony Mantuano, is ready with the pre-game rosé. The restaurant offers three rosés by the glass and another six by the bottle. Pop in during happy hour (Monday to Friday, 4-6 p.m.) for Oregon’s Flock 70 rosé for $8 a glass or $30 for a bottle.
