Starting October 1st, and for the following 90 days, we will have an abs workout challenge.
We will be working out and also making some diet changes.
It doesn't matter which stage your body is at right now. The point of this challenge is to workout consistently, build some healthy eating habits, and manage to make progress by the end of the challenge.
