No. 1 St. Thomas More Knights (10-0*, 1-0) – The Knights silenced the crowd with their convincing 47-21 victory over the Nelson Lords in the GHAC Final. With one more game to be played at OFSAA, the Knights will look to go four years in a row at No. 1 in the CFC50 rankings. They will have to get by a tough CFC50 Herman Griffin team, though, in the Golden Horseshoe Bowl first.
No. 2LeBoldus Golden Suns (9-0) – D1 Saskatchewan Provincial Champions
No. 3 Saint-Jean-Eudes Condors (10-0) – Juvenile D1 Quebec Bol d’Or Champions
No. 4 Harry Ainlay Titans (10-0-1, 1-1) – The Titans finally put the baby to bed with their Tier 1 Alberta Provincial Championship win over the St. Francis Browns, 11-10. Congratulations!

No. 5 Huron Heights Warriors (8-0, 3-0) – The Warriors will finally be back in play after a few weeks off waiting for their chance to win at OFSAA once again. In previous years, the Warriors have won easily, however, this year, they will go up against a very dominant CFC50 A. B. Lucas team who the Warriors are going to have to work each and every down if they are to get the win. Lucas is coming off a 24-17 win over CFC50 Catholic Central in the WOSSAA final this past weekend and will be looking to keep their undefeated season intact.

Who’s getting ranked?
For the tenth year in a row, Canadafootballchat.com (CFC) is pleased to bring you the national high school football rankings known as the CFC50.
The CFC50 rankings considers all conference and non-conference games (in Canada and the United States) while scrimmages are not evaluated (there is no such thing as an exhibition game – those are classified as non-conference games) and forfeit* wins are not considered towards overall record.
How is the CFC50 evaluated?
Leagues included in rankings: British Columbia AAA Varsity, Alberta Tier One, Saskatchewan 12-man rural / 6A / Schwann, Manitoba AAA Varsity, Ontario OFSAA Bowl AAA qualified teams, Quebec Juvenile Division 1, New Brunswick 12-man, Nova Scotia (all teams excluding CFC25 eligible teams).
The CFC50 is a RELATIVE RANKING that considers top tier leagues from all eight high school playing provinces (minimum one team represented from each province) and the strength of the league. Additional criteria used to determine the relative ranking are the ability to accomplish winning a championship, the impact players and performers on that team (ie. CFC100s, CDN All-Stars etc.), and a team’s coaching and recent tradition.
The CFC Scouting Bureau consists of CFC Reporters, CFC Scouts, and selected local reporters and scouts who submit local ranking results on a weekly basis. The CFC50 is released every Monday (other than on Holidays) at 12 noon.
