Our children's courses are the perfect way for children of all ages and abilities to develop their abilities in different sports, as well as support their self-confidence, team working skills, make friends and more, under the guidance of our fully-qualified coaches.

Gymnastics Lessons

Gymnastics is recognised as being one of the top three fundamental sports for young people, laying the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. They’ll develop fundamental movement skills as well as important social skills, like teamwork and self-confidence. Our programmes are inclusive and progressive, following our Proficiency Pathway.

Mini Ninja

Our program is designed for kids aged 3-4 who are looking for a fun and challenging way to stay active and develop new skills. Our experienced instructors will lead the children through a variety of ninja-inspired obstacle course training building strength, agility, and coordination, as well as teaching important life skills such as discipline, focus, and teamwork.

The Mini Ninja Club will be held on Monday & Wednesday 4 pm-4.30 pm and Sunday from 9.45 am to 10.15 am, starting February 5th. The cost of the program is £25.30 per month. Email us by clicking the button below to sign up.

Parkour Lessons

Build confidence, improve co-ordination and agility, while having fun in our fantastic Parkour sessions, with plenty of free-running tricks for kids to learn. All our classes are supported by fully-trained coaches, who will make sure your kids stay safe, enjoy themselves, and learn something new in every session.

Classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Trampoline Lessons

Trampolining is a great way to stay active while having fun, under the guidance of our fully-trained instructors. Our classes are suitable for children 5 years and over, and combine the progressive development of core skills, such as balance, strength, flexibility and co-ordination, along with important life skills such as team work.

Ages between 4-14 years old

More Dance Lessons

Watch your little ones’ confidence soar in our fantastic Dance Club. Classes are fully-inclusive and designed to help fulfill our goals of increasing physical activity, self-confidence and self-esteem in young people. With a thrilling medley of Modern, Hip-hop, Street, Contemporary and many more dance styles, there is truly something for every taste.
