Bristol orthotist sets up high heel walking course

A course has been set up to teach women to walk in high heels.

Clinical orthotist Martin Bell, who runs clinics for people with joint pain, set up the course in Bristol to help women walk more safely.

He said that unless women walk in high heels correctly, they can end up causing themselves serious problems.

Mr Bell films people in their heels and analyses their walk, before giving them exercises to do to help strengthen any weak muscles.
