Our team regularly advises clients on how to protect their wealth, inheritance and assets and we are able to advise fully on drawing up wills and administering estates and trusts. We can also advise on the creation of trusts and how they can be used to minimise Inheritance Tax and to protect assets.
We seek to offer straightforward and practical advice when dealing with what are often potentially complex issues concerning tax planning and asset protection.
We can also advise and assist with the creation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection. Our team also acts as attorneys and court-appointed deputies for clients.
