Telstra, clearly from the amount of reviews with customers not being about to log in due to the app continually closing and people not being able to reinstall it there is obviously an issue with the app. This is the only way I access my account and pay the bill so until the app is fixed I can't pay. I guess I will hear from you when my account hasn't been paid.

Absolutely hopeless, the chat app goes to a bot who can't help and the consultants just frustrate you so they don't have to do anything. Trying to report my Internet service that keeps dropping and other people are having issues as well and they refuse to send a technician.. hopeless..they keep going over the same stuff already covered . I got to the stage of getting my appointment and they then wanted to start again. These guys couldn't find a telephone in a telephone box..

Omg I'm yet to dive in delve about in using this app but after looking at the review score and reading the reviews. My suggestion to Telstra would be to offer me a job! I have an advanced diploma already in IT and have developed software in the past. Even if I have to learn a whole new programming language I'm absolutely certain as in 100% for sure that I could make a simple app such as this completely bug free across every single platform and with any device whatsoever using it. + I need work
