In collaboration with The Fraud Resource Centre we have developed a version of The Ethics Challenge to focus on fraud. The potential causes of it, the impact of it and how to deal with it to ensure a successful resolution to any instances of it.
Our aim is to raise awareness of an issue that can have a significant impact on an organisation’s performance but is often not seen relevant to many employees. These two documents provide an overview of the business simulation which is facilitated jointly by Elgood and The Fraud Resource Centre.
