Dream High is a non-profit community-based organisation, which exists to provide free and confidential support to both budding start-up entrepreneurs and established businesses.  From helping to develop business ideas, to supporting existing businesses to face challenges and seize opportunities. 

  

 Our services are completely FREE of charge and accessible to anyone starting or expanding a small business in the Merseyside area.
