Investors have purchased the Fox Creek Apartments at 1910 Josey Ln in Carrollton. The new owners plan to remodel the 172-unit rental community, which was built in the 1960s. Wellington Realty's Caleb Jones, Tammy Shaffer, William Hubbard and Curtis Sung arranged the sale.
