What VW Care Plans Are Available?

With us, you’ll have several different options for your prepaid maintenance programs. Currently, we offer four different program levels since we understand that each vehicle and every driver has unique needs. During the purchase of your Volkswagen vehicle, your sales person will suggest the vehicle what package best applies to your vehicle: VW Care, VW Care Extra, or VW Care Plus Package 1 or 2.

With the purchase of one of these programs, you’ll have the option to purchase at the time of your financing. If you choose this option, you’ll be able to wrap this into your loan amount, thus spreading out the cost over time. However, you also have the choice to purchase up to the first service interval offered, in case you’d like some time to consider this option.

What Services Are Included in VW Care?

Each service package offers coverage of the service offered at specific intervals, such as the 10,000-mile mark; 20,000-mile mark; or 30,000-mile mark. What is covered under your VW maintenance plan is determined by the age of your vehicle since older vehicles have passed the specific milestones offered under this coverage.

However, when you subscribe to one of the four offered programs, you have the surety of knowing that your vehicle will be serviced using only original Volkswagen parts. For models falling between 2016 to 2019, you’ll also have 24-hour roadside assistance, providing additional peace of mind when you need it.
