Grey2k USA Worldwide commits fraud in it's solicitation of donations.  

The founder was hit by a Light Rail Train in 1992 either on purpose or by accident and suffered life threatening injuries.  She sued the operator of the train and lost (Dorchak vs. MBTA Superior Civil Court, docket number 93-1023) .  Ms. Dorchak and her husband Carey Theil run Grey2k USA Worldwide and that appears to be their sole source of income.  Ms. Dorchak runs around telling any media that listens a detailed story of her accident where she had an "epiphany" to save dogs.  She and her husband, Theil, tell vivid details about the accident to tug on peoples hearts to donate to their cause.  One problem with that though,  In the above referenced court case, Ms. Dorchak testified UNDER OATH "I have no memory of any of the events that day".  Well, how can you tell a detailed story who's sole purpose is to solicit donations when you testified in court that you remember nothing from that day?  In November 2007, this email was sent by Mr. Theil and Ms. Dorchak to their followers urging them to read Christines story and donate.

The campaign to end dog racing in Massachusetts took the national stage today with the publication of a special feature in TheChristian Science Monitor. The personal profile of GREY2K USA’s President, Christine Dorchak, appears in a special story entitled “Greyhound Crusader.”

In 1992, Christine and her dog Kelsey were hit by two speeding metro trains.  Pulled from under the wheels, she was pronounced dead at the age of twenty-six.  But then fate intervened.

Christine started breathing again on her way to hospital, and two years later emerged to dedicate her life to helping animals, especially dogs.  She joined Carey Theil in founding GREY2K USA in 2001.

"How's Kelsey?"  were Christine’s first words after awaking from a coma.  Truly, it is Kelsey’s inspiration which continues to motivate her work for greyhounds each and every day.  Kelsey suffered a broken hip the day of their accident, but lived until the age of fifteen – dying just several days after Christine graduated from law school.

Sounds like fraud and is just like the gentleman who created a Go Fund Me and said he had cancer when he did not.  Lying for donations.  In this petition we demand that the good Senator bring this issue up to protect the good citizens of Florida from this scam and demand that Grey2k USA Worldwide return all ill gotten donations in Florida back to the people that donated.
