Application Process
SPEF will provide two grant application periods during the 2022-23 school year. Applications may be submitted before 5:00 p.m. on any of the following dates:
Grant Cycle # 1 – Thursday, October 20, 2023 (small and large grant proposals)
Grant Cycle # 2 – Thursday, February 21, 2024 (small and large grant proposals)
2023-24 applications will be submitted via Google Forms. You must be logged in with a SPS district email to apply. SPEF only accepts grant proposals benefiting Stillwater Public Schools. If the grant writer is not employed by SPS, the grant must be submitted collaboratively with a district teacher, principal or administrator co-authoring & submitting the proposal.
