Have you or your team been innovative and made a difference to the care of people with bowel problems?

We would like to encourage you to apply. The aim of the award is simply to recognise excellence in bowel care.

The Bladder & Bowel UK Bowel Care Award 2019, aims to recognise an individual or team, working within the NHS, Care Home Sector who is able to demonstrate that have made a difference to the care of their patients’ or clients within bowel care.

• The award aims to highlight good practice and disseminate to other health care professionals to enhance patient care.
• The work needs to have been completed within the past year, or it may be a current project that you are involved with.
• The work can be within Adult, Children and Young People services.

Closing date is Monday 7th January 2019. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
