You might have noticed some cosmetic changes around here and on my social media. There are more small changes coming (including a reorg of the website in the short term, and a total website redesign on the longterm plan) but now felt like the right time to officially introduce my new branding:

It’s been a really great week. My winter blues took a brief hiatus (this time of year I’m grateful for even a quick break) and I’ve made some really incredible headway on my current projects.

This week I’ve been listening to the It’s Already Yours exclusive podcast by @manifestationbabe and damn. I always feel so incredible while studying this stuff. The youngest had a whole day of appointments at Seattle Children’s so I got behind a day (but that’s the best thing about the podcast format—it was so easy to listen to Thursday’s and Friday’s eps today!) I’ve been sharing my take-aways as I go and I can’t break my streak now so here are my ah-ha moments from Thursday and Friday:
1) you don’t have to be high vibe at all times to accomplish your wildest dream goals. Action + desire + inner work are enough—even if sometimes you gotta take a day to binge read a book while you eat Cheetos (just please don’t get orange powder on the pages. Or do, you do you 😄)
2) It is safe to want something just because you want it. You don’t have to justify your desire. The universe does not judge you, it sees you’re worthy—of your desires, success, rest, all of it.
3) Taking action as your future self isn’t always EASY but it is always GOOD.
