BAG POLICY AND SCREENING MEASURES

All bags must be no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”. All bags entering FedExForum that are larger than 4" x 6" x 1.5" will be screened through X-ray machines in lieu of manual searches. Small bags including wristlets and small clutches that are smaller than 4" x 6"x 1.5" will allowed to enter through the express lanes and will be visually inspected. There are designated express lines for expedited entry into FedExForum for those choosing to forego carrying a bag.

Guests attending games & events with approved bags will experience delayed entry times, for expedited entry please leave bags at home.

AMENITIES AND CONCESSIONS

FedExForum is now cashless and has contactless transactions at concession stands throughout the arena, offering guests the opportunity to scan their own cards or tap to pay with services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
