Nominate a biological father, legal stepfather or adoptive father who lives or works in Marion County and acts as a positive role model exemplifying “Involvement, Consistency, Awareness and Nurturance” in their child(ren)’s life.  Please limit one nomination per individual. The finalist will be selected by an independent awards panel. The nominated individual must agree to be nominated and must be available to attend the Faces of Fatherhood Luncheon on Friday, June 15, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis.  Nominations are due by April 27, 2018.
