Media Excel Productions will this morning hold an extraordinary press conference at the Alisa Hotel, Ridge in Accra, to officially unveil the forthcoming 'SP Kofi Sarpong Live In Concert' festival slated for May 28 at the National Theatre.
The concert features great gospel musicians like Ceccy Twum, Nacee, Koda and Gifty Osei. The others include Joyce Blessing, Francis Amoo, Abena Ruthy, Kingskid and a surprise gospel artiste from the United Kingdom.
Being one of the biggest artistes in Ghana, this concert is aimed at strengthening the artiste's brand. This is the first time Kofi Sarpong is putting up his own concert to bring together his fans and lovers of the gospel who seek to worship God through music.
SP Kofi Sarpong released his first album titled 'Sacrifice' in 2012, and this brought him into the limelight. He also has songs like 'African Borborbor', 'Adom Bi', 'Ayeyi Ndwom', 'Agyenkwa' and 'Aseda'.
He has won several awards in the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, Ghana Music Awards UK and other internationally recognised award schemes.
