New Year’s Lawn Care Resolutions

Are you busy making your New Year’s resolutions? Don’t forget about your lawn while you’re planning for 2018! Simply Green Lawn Care has a couple of suggestions for lawn care resolutions. Take care of your yard and it will provide you with plenty of beauty and enjoyment!

  • Watch for Weeds. Stay on top of weeds early so they don’t overwhelm you. Simply Green offers weed control among our other services–we can identify weeds, keep your wanted plants safe, and help your lawn and garden stay beautiful.
  • Mowing. Determine the best mowing schedule for your type of grass and stick to it! Is your grass cool season or warm season? How much do you need to mow, and when? Check out our seasonal tips for good advice, and don’t hesitate to ask your technician for their tips.
  • Constant Vigilance. Take some time to look over your lawn regularly. If you notice brown spots or patches, don’t put off dealing with them! Call Simply Green to take care of this issue before it spreads.
  • Watering Smarter. Water in the early hours so your lawn has time to soak up all the moisture before it gets warmer in the afternoon and your water evaporates before it has a chance to do any good. Of course, this is mostly a springtime tip: in the winter you shouldn’t be watering much at all.

No matter what your lawn care resolutions, Simply Green is here to be your partner in creating a beautiful yard for you and your family. Contact us today and let’s get started!

Have used Simply Green for over a year now for weed control & fertilization. Their service & products have helped improve the appearance & health of my grass in this short time. Taffari has been the technician the last few visits and he is great - super knowledgeable & able to answer my questions. On the last visit Taffari had the service manager reach out on a concern and it was addressed & resolved the same day.
