Chem-Dry San Antonio

I gave them two stars because the carpet is much cleaner. But you get a thick coating of white residue over everything with this process. It is not worth the extra work in my opinion. I would not recommend this service.

Horrible service. Set appoint, and had to call back to verify. Then mentioned I wanted a quote before service was started, all of a sudden apppoint was changed. Crap customer service. Find another Chemdry.

We've used Chen-Dry for about 20 years. Called for a quote and this rate was at least 35% higher than anything we've paid previous--and that's before they put all the add-ons the guys kept mentioning. This house really only has one more bedroom than our previous couple of houses--that doesn't justify that much higher a price.

Chem-dry by the Millers. One no two words to describe this company, crap and lazy. Do not fall for the "coupons". They will continue to add on cost. They will try to pitch a great idea, but they have limited mobility of their equipment and rather antiquated. Meaning that they would not be able to clean the entire room. Now I never expect anyone to lift heavy furniture bur a 3 lbs ottoman! My carpet is still dirty. What a waste of money. Look elsewhere. I would have if I had the time. My mistake. First time and the last time.

Chen-Dry did a great job getting my chase lounge back to its previous state after getting pool water on it. They were available the same day I called and John, the technician, was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend their services to others!

We have used Chem Dry exclusively for the past 15 years in different states but haven't had much luck with reputable franchisees in San Antonio...until CD of San Antonio! I requested an appointment online and rec'd a call back within the hour from Gene. I told him I didn't want to be "ups old" once the tech got to my house and he was awesome. He applied the 30% off coupon immediately and the tech showed up exactly on time the very next morning. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job without trying to add on any services or products!! Exceptional service and I will definitely use them again and would recommend them highly!

I am happy with the quality of the job these technicians did on my carpet. They were nice, respectful, not pushy, and were through. However, you get what you pay for... for about 900 sq ft, I paid over $300.00... which did NOT include the scotch-guard or sanitation treatment. So, with this price in mind, I was not able to do the upstairs which really bummed me out. It has been three months now and I must say it is still pretty clean. Some spots are hopeless, but I knew that when I purchased the house. Hope this helps!

Chem Dry saved my life the other morning! I was house-sitting for a friend and their dog totally destroyed their home. He stained the carpet in a number of places and I thought he had completely ruined their rug. The guy that cleaned the carpet arrived in just 30 minutes and did an incredible job. He removed stains that had been on their carpet for a few years -- it was amazing!

My only complaint is that it was a little pricey, but when you're in a rush you take what you can get. The service was impeccable though.

I hired Chem-Dry of San Antonio to clean my carpets. After the job was completed and the technicians left, my husband discovered that his brand new $800 watch was missing from his bureau. I called Chem-Dry, but they said there was nothing they could do. I filed a police report, but, not surprisingly, nothing was accomplished by that. My only advice is that if you are having your carpets cleaned, hide your valuables, just in case.

Excellent services. I don't know about that first comment down there because this company makes sure to do background checks on employees and the whole story just seems fishy. Great guys. I would hire them again.
