Ryan Harris, a stabilizing force for the Broncos reconfigured offensive line last season, has signed a two-year, $3.9-million deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the offensive tackle told The Denver Post.

Harris provided stability and depth for the Broncos after Ryan Clady suffered a season-ending knee injury in May. In his second stint with the Broncos, Harris advanced quickly up the depth chart. He opened the season as the starting right tackle, playing three games before shifting to the left side for the final 13 games after rookie Ty Sambrailo’s shoulder injury against the Detroit Lions.

“While I turn the page in my career, I am grateful to always be a Super Bowl champion with the Denver Broncos,” Harris said.

Harris, 6-foot-5, 302 pounds, played 90.7 of the Broncos’ offensive snaps last season, second only to center Matt Paradis. He attracted interest from multiple teams and had planned to visit Pittsburgh before signing the deal in advance.
