The North Star of Leadership Essentials

Our blog post, Deconstructing Whole Leadership, led Safiyah Jackson, Director of Training, to question the term ‘leadership essentials’ and the definition that was provided for it. In this week’s blog post, Safiyah shares a few of her personal journal reflections on leadership essentials. She wonders, “Should we use another term? What’s missing from the description? What are your stories of leadership essentials?”
