It doesn’t matter if you’ve found your perfect pair or not — Orlando restaurants are doing it for you.

As Valentine’s Day (Feb. 14) approaches, these tasty combinations may provide the perfect way to celebrate, whether it’s with your sweetie or some friends.

A word of warning: Some of the pairing lists are linked with ticketed events. If you’re interested, snap up your spot quickly because the event may sell out.

Beer + Chocolate

Orlando Brewing is bringing back its annual beer and chocolate pairing — with sweets provided by pop-up business CayCakes Bakery. This $18 self-guided sampling of 5-ounce pours and confections can be enjoyed anytime between 3-10 p.m. on Feb. 14 at the brewery. Make a reservation at orlandobrewing.com to secure a beer-chocolate flight.

Bonus: Orlando Brewing and artisanal doughnut-maker Orlandough will team up for their own pairing on Feb. 28. Tickets are $20 per person and will be on sale soon.

Beer + Grilled Cheese

La Femme du Fromage in East End Market matches up three fun-size grilled cheeses with three craft beers for a Grilled Cheese Happy Hour, held every Friday from 4-8 p.m.. The ’wiches and brews change weekly. Enjoy the full pairing for $12, or opt for a sandwich-only meal for $8.

Champagne + Oysters

Indulge in champagne and oysters at Eddie V’s on Feb. 14. The seafood and steakhouse has designed some ideal pairings — Ruinart Blanc de Blancs with Thatch Island Oysters ($78), Moët Rosé Impérial with pink moon oysters ($98) or Krug Grand Cuvée with Standish Shore Oysters ($220). Eddie V’s regular menu will be available as well.

Wine + Cheese + Chocolate

Well isn’t this trio … spicy. Work your way through the pairings of five wines, four cheeses and four confections from Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park — and along the way learn from wine and food experts. Wine, Cheese and Chocolate Perfectly Paired will be held from 7-9 p.m. Feb. 8 at Quantum Leap Winery. Tickets are $45 and can be purchased on EventBrite.
