PSE&G transporting oversized load

LINDENWOLD – PSE&G will be transporting an oversized transformer load from the port in Gloucester City to the PSE&G substation in Winslow Township on three consecutive Sundays – Feb. 14, Feb. 21 and Feb. 28.

“It is important for motorists to know that this oversized load will be traveling through several Camden County municipalities and could have an impact on traffic on Sunday morning,” Freeholder Susan Shin Angulo said.

The move will start at 5:30 a.m. and travel through Gloucester City, Mount Ephraim, Haddon Heights, Audubon, Haddonfield, Cherry Hill, and Winslow Township.

The route PSE&G will take is: Broadway in Gloucester City to Market Street to CR 551 Spur to King’s Highway to Route 73 to Cross Keys Road to the White Horse Pike, to Taunton Road, to Williamstown-New Freedom Road, to New Brooklyn-Erial Road.
