Booking Details:

Please bring with you the provided confirmation number (located on the voucher e-mailed to you after online purchase) and a valid drivers license for verification. Gilligan's Watersports is located at 530 Highway 98 East Destin, FL. (You can also type "Gilligan's Seafood Restaurant Destin, Fl" or "Gilligan's WaterSports Destin, FL" into Google search and the directions will bring you directly to our location). Please arrive at least 30-45 minutes early with a valid ID and credit card for incidentals. It is best to confirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to your departure date. A $500 deposit via cash or card will be required for incidentals before departure.

Departure Details
This activity offers rentals daily. Customers are recommended to reserve at least one day in advance, though same day reservations are accepted. Available departure times are varied, check available times for your day of choice in the calendar section.

Restrictions
● Those who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 can operate the boat and/or ski but are required to take a Florida Boaters Test. If you were born before Jan 1, 1988 you do not need this license. If you have a Boating Certification from another state you may not need a Florida Test, Call 850-650-9000 to see if your state's test is accepted in Florida.
● The person who books the Jet Ski must be at LEAST 18 years old, have a valid drivers license & credit card.
● Pontoon boats & jet skis cannot go into the Gulf of Mexico.
● Glass bottles or items are strictly prohibited on the boat.

Additional Information
● Total weight capacity for jet ski is 400lb.
● If you don't know the waterways, a map of the waterway to help guide you through your trip is provided.
● If the weather is unfavorable for being on the water, the trip will be rescheduled for another time or day. The vendor makes all calls regarding weather and refunds are available less a $5 Processing Fee for those unable to reschedule due to these weather conditions.
● Trip protection is only valid if the customer notifies the rental agency prior to their departure time. Missed reservations will not be refunded unless the company is notified before the customers time of departure.
● If there is rain or dangerous conditions while boating, the price will be prorated accordingly.


Cancellation Policy
Customers must cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time in order to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible to reschedule or get a refund. If weather or waves are unfavorable, the rental may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund minus a $5 Processing Fee will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period. Boaters Test Link -
