Introduction to National Bibliographies
National Bibliographies have been called a reflection of a country’s publishing record, as well as its intellectual, academic, and cultural output. This ubiquitous source is published by many countries, in many languages and in diverse formats, covering virtually all disciplines and all time periods.

Understanding and incorporating this multidisciplinary tool into the research process will allow students, scholars, and librarians to search for and verify publications, as well as collaborate with their peers from around the world.

Join the Slavic Reference Service as we explore this foundational multidisciplinary source. Students, faculty, librarians, scientists, and others are welcome to register to participate in this multisession effort to discover or rediscover national bibliographies.

Zoom details will be shared after registration. Questions? Contact the Slavic Reference Service (srscite@library.illinois.edu).
