With most service agreements, you pay for priority service when there’s a problem. Our Service Agreement offers much more than just discounted repair rates. In addition to receiving a #1 priority to your service call, you’ll receive on-going, preventative maintenance. This continual attention to your equipment will help prevent the big problems from happening in the first place! Like most things in life, preventative maintenance will save you money in the long run.

Pricing:

  • Annual Agreement starting at $190 per year (not including filter, with one unit HVAC.)
  • Standard filter change by us is $20, free if the filter is provided by the customer.

Cleaning and/or Changing Filters

Parts that require replacement are 20% off

All compressors change out during its warranty period at no charge (however, there may be shipping and handling charges plus any other materials and parts used, including a refrigerant recovery charge, filter dryers, and miscellaneous parts.

Any additional calls beyond the two maintenance calls covered by this agreement will be at a discounted labor rate.

Regular inspection and service is made during the heat and cooling seasons, including checking the air conditioning and heating equipment in their respective seasons of operation, oiling motors if required, and cleaning and/or replacing the filters as needed (duct work or electrical wiring and register are not part of the air conditioning and heating equipment.)

Any parts are required to replace during the year will be replaced for owner at a 20% discount.  All compressors which require change out during its warranty period will be replaced at no charge to the customer for the compressor only; however, there may be shipping and handling charges plus any other materials and parts used (including a refrigerant recovery charge, filter dryers and miscellaneous parts.)  Also, there may be change charges if the compressor fails and requires replacement on multiple-story building. A refrigerant recovery charge will be charged on any repairs to the seal refrigerant portion of the air conditioning system.

Any additional calls beyond the two maintenance calls covered by this agreement will be at a discounted labor rate.
