Hiab will soon offer an extended warranty on all Hiab loader-crane models. The warranty will be valid for all loader cranes delivered on or after October 1, 2016. Hiab offers its customers five year warranty on structural components as well as general warranty of two years. The extended warranty was announced first in connection to the IAA exhibition in Hannover, Germany.
"Hiab loader cranes are all about performance, said Joakim Andersson, Hiab's senior vice president, loader cranes, Hiab.. "The combination of control, safety, and reliability is unique in the industry. With the extended warranty we want to show our customers that when investing in a Hiab loader crane they will always get the best possible performance with the equipment."
"Quality and safety are Hiab's top priorities in product development, production and service," said Tobias Bunne, Hiab's quality and product-support director. "The quality of HIAB loader cranes is on such a high level that we decided to extend our warranty. This is a deliberate step to reduce the business risk for our customers and at the same time strengthen the continuous-improvement cycle."
