Brickell: The Plaza #5011
↑ Asking $1,000,000, on the nose, this two-bed, two-bath corner unit on the 50th floor of the Plaza offers some ridiculous views. It's much smaller than most of the other options at 1,347 square feet.
Edgewater: Bay House #3603
↑ This 36th-floor unit at Bay House with the tremendous bay views is listed at $999,000. It has three bathrooms, three bathrooms and is just over 1,600 square feet.
South Beach: Mondrian PH1616
↑ This corner penthouse unit at the Mondrian on South Beach is asking $995,000. It's the smallest option on our list at 1,088 square feet. Fully furnished, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, -- MY GOODNESS, THAT VIEW.
