Salary Range: Starting salary until 31st December 2022: SCP 14 £25,409 FTE (actual pro rata salary £19,629. As of 1st January 2023, NET is implementing job evaluation for all support staff, the grade for this post at that point will then be: SCP 16 - 18 £26,357 - £27,344 FTE (actual pro rata salary £20,362.12 - £21,124.63)
Working Type: Full Time [32.5 hours per week / 39 weeks]
Base: Manor Academy, Owton Manor Lane, Hartlepool, TS25 3PS

Northern Education Trust - Manor Academy is seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of teaching staff and within an agreed system of supervision, implement work programs with individuals/groups in or out of the classroom, managing student behaviour and supervising whole classes during the short term absence of teachers support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment.
