Barbecue Cabbage, Anyone? Truck Hauling Veggies Catches Fire On I-90

Luckily no one was injured, but there are going to be a lot of disappointed kimchi and sauerkraut fans out there.

ELLENSBURG, WA - This stinks: A truck full of cabbage caught on fire along I-90 Monday morning. No one was hurt in during the fire, except for all those heads of cabbage. The fire happened about nine miles west of Ellensburg, according to state police.

According to pictures from the scene, the truck's trailer caught fire and mostly burned away, leaving blackened heads of cabbage scattered across the highway. The cleanup from the fire was expected to take several hours, Washington State Patrol spokesman Brian Moore said.
