Henry Adams led a trip to New York City for an eventful day of private architectural tours. The 40 attendees included representatives from prominent institutions such as the Smithsonian, National Aquarium, US Holocaust Museum, and National Archives as well as east coast architectural design leaders.

The headline event was a private tour of Renzo Piano’s waterfront museum creation, The Whitney Museum of Art, with the Architect of Record - Cooper Robertson. The $750M project has exhibit spaces designed to feature artifacts in natural daylight. The tour commenced before the museum's operating hours, providing the group with a rare and intimate way to experience the facility and it's unique collection.

The day concluded with a private tour of The High Line Walk, an elevated pedestrian walkway which once was an abandoned railway. The space re-purposes a piece of industrial infrastructure as a public green space including gardens, exhibits, and an amphitheater. The park has received countless write-ups and accolades in various design publications being a unique green structure.
