8yIn 2016 we should finally accept that the Soanian procurement model now over two centuries old has run its course. We need to realize we have reached "peak paper" and move from a document centric environment to a data centric model with a goal of 100% data increase in three years. Then almost all of these will take shape and emerge strong.
