Dr. Sinha will describe the Amazon outbound supply chain concerning the order fulfillment process. Optimizing this supply chain is a complex problem because multiple objectives interact with each other in terms of cost, serviceability, and performance. The agenda for this webinar is to highlight the multiple objectives, decision making under such an uncertain environment, forecasting, and risk hedging. He will share his views on examining the decision space, available information, and effect of decision changes to achieve long term rewards.
