I am a highly skilled trainer, real estate/homeownership consultant and public speaker with more than 24 years of experience in housing. I have authored and assisted in the design of practitioner curricula related to financial capabilities and homeownership counseling. I have also been called on as a subject matter expert assisting in the development of national online training for housing counselors.
I have served as the Homeownership Center Director for Resources for Residents and Communities where she was responsible for the successful development and expansion of the homeownership center.
I am a faculty member of the NeighborWorks® Training Institutes where I provided regular instruction throughout the country for trainings offered by NeighborWorks America.
In 2009 I provided testimony before Congress at the subcommittee field hearing: “Examining the continuing crisis in residential foreclosures and the emerging commercial real estate crisis: Perspectives from Atlanta.”
I received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky. I currently serve as a Grants Reviewer for the Fulton County Arts Council and board secretary of the Reynoldstown Square Homeowners Association. I have served on various panels and as workshop presenter and am often quoted and called on to provide substantive content for various media outlets.
