3 FALL TRAININGS!
Attending a training is a great way to start the school year off right. Be sure to register soon for one or more of our Fall trainings. Help us make sure we can continue to offer F2F trainings near you and your district. 

Idaho SESTA is excited about our three Fall trainings, Behavior 101 - Behavior Foundations, Specific Learning Disability, and Essential Components of the Special Education Process. Spread the word by forwarding this newsletter to your peers, trainings start as soon as Sept 8!
 
BEHAVIOR 101
Behavior Foundations

Through multiple real-life examples from preschool through adolescence, participants will learn and practice applying foundational behavior principles, setting up and analyzing ABC data to form a hypothesis and identify function, and using the Competing Behavior Pathway to develop function-based interventions to support students with diverse needs and disabilities. This is a beginner-level training for ALL staff with PD credit offered

The Specific Learning Disability training will support teams' understanding of effective intervention practices, progress monitoring and data collection, and the Specific Learning Disability evaluation and eligibility process.
