A mountain lion set off a surveillance system in Burbank, waking up the resident Saturday morning.
The resident, Mike Holgate, said he woke up at 5 a.m. after his home surveillance sent an alert.
He investigated the ruckus at his home on View Drive near Elmwood Avenue.
He discovered a large mountain lion roaming around his yard.
Police searched the area but didn’t find any trace of the animal.
