The mission of the Buckhead Community Improvement District is to create and maintain a more accessible and livable urban environment. We meet the challenges of growth by investing tax dollars collected from commercial property owners within the district, as well as other funds we leverage from outside the district, to make meaningful improvements in the transportation network and public realm that connect people and places. Programs are ongoing operations and maintenance efforts, funded with CID tax dollars, that deploy human and technology resources to improve the aesthetics, safety and function of the district, and to address the needs of Buckhead commuters who want options for getting to and from work.

John Plesnarski, is Owner & President of Plezco Inc and Nancy is co-owner and Senior Vice President of Marketing. After retiring from Corporate America in 2012 they decided to invest in Eighteen Eight, a franchise which provides Hair Styling and Grooming Services for men.
Skip was a Global Logistic & Supply Chain Director and Nancy retired from Marketing. Married for almost 42 years they have 3 sons who live in the Buckhead area.
